Abu is a Junior Researcher at the Sierra Leone Urban Research Centre with focus on Urban Health and Climate Change. As an experienced environmental and public health professional, he is dedicated to promoting sustainable practices and improving community health outcomes. He holds a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Debrecen (Hungary) and a first-class degree with honours in Environmental Management and Quality Control from Njala University (Sierra Leone). His work experience spans across Environmental Safety and WASH Officer at the Freetown WASH and Aquatic Environment Revamping Project, Environmental officer at InRUE, and Qualitative researcher at Montrose International.
Abu also possesses data analysis skills with proficiency in R-programming, Epi-Info, and IBM-SPSS
